As well as our fully trained staff, we have the latest diagnostic equipment and test equipment for your older model transmissions. With all the latest technology built into Allison Transmissions, having the right diagnostic equipment is a must to accurately troubleshoot & solve any issues you have in a minimal time frame. We also have over the phone assistance for those customers in remote locations or for simple repairs.

Dal-Trans Pty Limited is an Allison transmission approved and authorised dealer, and as such, able to undertake all/any warranty work for your new Allison transmission. All work is performed by Allison trained technicians using all inclusive electronic testing and diagnostic equipment. All replacement parts are new and genuine Allison parts.

We have three field repair vehicles that we can dispatch at any time to minimise your downtime & have you back on the road. We can come to your site to complete transmission servicing, warranty work, exchange transmissions & PTOs as well as general breakdown repairs. We travel anywhere in NSW.

At Dal-Trans we have the following exchange units fully rebuilt & ready to fit into your vehicle. AT 545, MT 643, MTB 643, MT 647, MTB 647, MT 653, MT 654, 2000 Series, 3000 Series & 4000 Series Allison Transmissions. All our exchange units are rebuilt using new plates, bearings, solenoids & seals & gaskets. They are also extensively Dyno tested to ensure you are receiving a quality product.

We stock a full range of new genuine spare parts & also reconditioned or second hand hard parts.

Our transmission Dyno test bench that was designed & manufactured by Dal-Trans allows us to Dyno test all our exchange or rebuilt transmissions before they are returned to our customers. This ensures that they are purchasing a quality product that will give them many years of reliable transmission operation. Our Dyno can also be used to test transmissions for our customers that require pressure test results or to find oil leaks.

Dal-Trans Pty Limited is a Parker Chelsea P.T.O and pump approved and authorised distributor, and thus able to undertake all/any warranty work for your new Chelsea PTO and pump. All work is performed at Dal-Trans Pty Limited’s workshop with all replacement parts being new and genuine Parker Chelsea parts. We also stock a large range of Parker / Chelsea PTO products and parts ready for your requirements.

We have a fully equipped machine shop & welding bay. Our fully trained welders and machinists can handle any of your required manufacturing designs or repairs using the latest equipment. We are also able to aluminium weld & also handle all your general welding repairs.
